Fokus News || KAUR – Kejaksaan tinggi (Kejati) Bengkulu berhasil meringkus sebanyak 3 orang, yang merupakan tersangka dalam kasus korupsi dana BOK di Kabupaten Kaur(Bengkulu.)
Ketiga orang tersangka tersebut merupakan perintangan dan menghalang-halangi penyidikan, dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pelaksanaan dan pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) di 16 Puskesmas Kabupaten Kaur Tahun Anggaran 2022.
Ketiganya berhasil dibawa menuju ke Bengkulu, Sabtu 29 Juli 2023 sekira pukul 14.30 WIB.
Diketahui bahwa identitas dari ketiga tersangka tersebut yakni BSS (47), RNS (41), dan A-H (58). Ketiganya diamankan oleh Tim Tangkap Buronan (Tabur) Kejaksaan Agung bersama Tim Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Bengkulu dan Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kaur.
Penangkapan terhadap ketiga tersangka dilakukan pada Jumat 28 Juli 2023 sekitar pukul 20:00 WIB di tempat yang berbeda, yakni di Restoran Mc Donald Hasanudin Blok M Jakarta Selatan dan di Hotel Red Doorz Seputaran Blok M Jakarta Selatan.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kaur, Muhammad Yunus mengatakan dari penangkapan ini pihak juga mengamankan sejumlah barang yakni kuitansi dan bukti transfer bank.
Dikatakan juga oleh Kajari Kaur bahwa ketiga tersangka ini telah menikmati uang sebesar Rp. 920 Juta rupiah, berasal dari sejumlah kepala puskesmas penerima bantuan dana Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) Tahun 2022.
Dalam perkara tersebut, BSS, RNS, dan AH mengaku-ngaku sebagai pejabat Kejaksaan yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan penanganan perkara, dengan harapan proses penyidikan yang sedang dilakukan Kejari Kaur terhadap dugaan korupsi dana BOK bisa dihentikan.
“Ketiga tersangka ini telah menikmati hasil uang yang diterimanya ada yang secara transfer maupun secara cash, yang ditotalkan mencapai 920 juta,” sampainya.
Saat ini, ketiga tersangka tersebut di bawa dan ditahan di Kejati Bengkulu.
