Fokus News, Jakarta -Mantan Ketua KPK Abraham Samad mengatakan piminan KPK saat ini dungu dan memalukan dalam penanganan kasus dugaan suap yang menyeret Kepala Basarnas Marsdya Henri Alfiandi.
Samad menyebut setiap tahap operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) dan pengambilan keputusan menetapkan seorang tersangka pasti melibatkan pemimpin tertinggi lembaga antirasuah.
Menurutnya penetapan tersangka Marsdya Henri dan Koorsmin Kabasarnas Letkol Adm Afri Budi Cahyanto yang diumumkan Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata, lalu diralat Wakil Ketua KPK Johanis Tanak adalah sebuah kekeliruan.
“Karena setiap keputusan diambil oleh pemimpin KPK, maka menurut saya kejadian dan kekisruhan kemarin yang tiba-tiba Alex mengumumkan (tersangka), lalu dianulir oleh Tanak, ini adalah tindakan yang dungu dan memalukan,” kata Samad kepada awak media CNNIndonesia.com, Sabtu (29/7).
“Tidak sepantasnya pimpinan KPK menyalahkan penyidik atau penyelidiknya, karena tanggung jawab itu harus dipikul oleh pimpinan KPK,” imbuhnya.
| Samad mengatakan berdasarkan UU KPK, setiap keputusan strategis ditetapkan secara kolektif kolegial oleh lima pimpinan. Dengan begitu, kisruh penetapan tersangka ini menjadi tanggung jawab mutlak para pimpinan KPK. |
Selain itu, Samad juga mengkritik Dewan Pengawas (Dewas) KPK. Menurutnya, Dewas KPK tidak boleh membiarkan kasus korupsi Basarnas ini tanpa kejelasan.
“Dia (Dewas KPK) harus punya inisiatif, proaktif melakukan investigasi, dan penyelidikan terhadap kekisruhan ini karena sudah menjadi konsumsi publik dan terbuka. Oleh karena itu, ini harus dipertanggungjawabkan ke publik dan Dewas punya kewenangan untuk itu,” ujarnya.
“Intinya yang bertanggung jawab itu pimpinan KPK. Ini tindakan dungu dan memalukan,” katanya menambahkan.
Sebelumnya, Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata menetapkan Kepala Basarnas Marsdya Henri Alfiandi dan Koorsmin Kabasarnas Letkol Adm Afri Budi Cahyanto sebagai tersangka kasus suap pada Rabu (26/7). Keduanya merupakan anggota TNI aktif.
Namun, Wakil Ketua KPK Johanis Tanak yang didatangi rombongan TNI pada Jumat (28/7) mengaku khilaf dan meminta maaf atas penetapan tersangka dua anggota militer tersebut. Tanak menyebut ada kekeliruan dalam koordinasi kasus ini.
“Di sini ada kekeliruan, kekhilafan dari tim kami yang melakukan penangkapan. Oleh karena itu, kami dalam rapat tadi sudah menyampaikan kepada teman-teman TNI kiranya dapat disampaikan kepada Panglima TNI dan jajaran TNI. Atas kekhilafan ini, kami mohon dimaafkan,” kata Tanak.
