Fokus News, Taput – Beberapa media online menerbitkan terkait pemberitaan yang ber inisial MR tertangkap tangan melakukan pemerasan di ruangan Kepala Sekolah SMA N 1 Lintong Nihuta, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan,
“ Pelaku pun tertangkap tangan telah menerima amplop berisi uang senilai Rp.5.000.000. Penangkapan terhadap pelaku dilakukan berdasarkan laporan pengaduan salah seorang Kamtibmas,” ujar Mangasitua kasi Intel Kejari Taput.(dikutif dari aktual online)29 Juli 2023.
Menanggapi kejadian tersebut, Lamhot Silaban sebagai ketua Serikat Pers Republik Indonesia (DPC- SPRI TAPUT) mengkritik prestasi Kejari Taput tersebut, Faktanya Kasus Dugaan Korupsi Kominfo Taput Kandas Di Perapid PN Tarutung,
“Kejaksaan Negeri Tarutung berani kasus kacang buncis, kasus Kominfo Taput tidak berani membuka Sprindik lagi, Kejari Taput dalam hal ini over acting, kenapa? Karena sudah hebat Menangani OTT kasus kacangan, kasus di dinas Kominfo Taput mereka tidak ada nyali membuat sprindik baru, saya tantang mereka kalau berani.” ungkap Lamhot.
Lamhot juga menduga ada main mata dengan Kepala sekolah,
“ Kasus Kominfo Taput itu Miliaran, bukan juta,,, Ini ada apa? Apakah ini prestasi,? Kalau Kepala sekolahnya bersih, kenapa mau ngasih uang, kan begitu!! Kenapa kepala sekolahnya gak ikut diproses? Hubungan Jaksa dan Kepala Sekolah Ada Apa? Patut dipertanyakan,” ucapnya.
Menurut Lamhot, bahwa kejari Taput hanya tajam kebawah dan tumpul ke atas, harapan Lamhot kepada Kepala Kejatisu dan Kepala Kejaksaan Agung untuk mengavaluasi kinerja Kejari Taput.
Untuk konfirmasi dari pernyataan Ketua DPC SPRI Taput tersebut pihak Fokusharian akan berupaya konfirmasi kepada pihak Kejaksaan Negeri Taput untuk pemberitaan sepanjutnya.
