Fokus News, MOROWALI— Marjono mantan Kepala Desa (Kades) Padang Kamburi, Kecamatan Ponrang (Bua), Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan, akhirnya-ditangkap.
Marjono dinyatakan buron sejak September 2022, setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (TIPIDKOR) anggaran Dana Desa (DD) Tahun anggaran 2019 hingga 2021 oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Luwu. Total kerugian negara akibat perbuatannya sebesar Rp. 389 juta.
Ia kabur ke Morowali berharap agar pihak kejaksaan negeri Luwu tidak bisa menemukan dan bisa bebas dari jeretan hukum.
Bekerjasama dengan tim intelijen dari Kejari Luwu dibantu oleh tim intelijen dari Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulteng mendatangi tersangka.
Akhirnya, Marjono-diketahui tempat persembunyiannya di Desa Fatufia, Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah.
“Dapat infomasi tersangka ada di Bahodopi. Lalu kami bekerjasama dengan tim intelijen dari Kejari Luwu di bantu oleh tim intelijen dari Kejaksaan Tinggi Sulteng mendatangi tersangka,” Kepala Seksi (KASI) Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri Morowali Dwi Romadonna, saat-dikonfirmasi, Jumat 28 Juli 2023.
Katanya, pelaku-diamankan setelah pulang bekerja. “Tersangka-diamankan di parkiran PT IMIP Bahodopi, sehabis bekerja pada pukul 19.00 WITA,” lanjutnya.
Setelah-ditangkap, tersangka di bawa ke Kejari Luwu dengan menggunakan kendaraan Toyota Inova dengan pengawalan dari Kejari Luwu sebanyak 2 orang.
Sebelumnya, penyidik Kejari Luwu sudah melayangkan surat pemanggilan kepada Marjono sebanyak tiga kali. Namun yang bersangkutan selalu mangkir dalam agenda pemeriksaan.
Dengan demikian, Marjono lalu-ditetapkan sebagai Daftar Pencarian Orang alias DPO Kejari Luwu.
Marjono-diduga menyelewengkan dana desa dari tahun anggaran 2019, 2020, serta 2021. Ini setelah-dilakukan audit oleh Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK), di temukan kerugian negara sebesar Rp389 juta.
Selain dana pengerjaan pembangunan fisik, Marjono juga menggelapkan dana bantuan sosial milik warga.
Akibat perbuatannya, Marjono di ancaman hukuman maksimal 20 tahun penjara dengan UU Tipikor.
