Fokus News || Nias Selatan- Kepala desa (kades) dan bendahara Desa Tanomokinu Kecamatan Hibala, Nias Selatan, Sumatra Utara berinisial FS dan RM ditahan Kejaksaan Negeri Nias Selatan atas kasus dugaan korupsi dana desa tahun 2020-2021. Kerugian negara yang ditimbulkan ditaksir mencapai Rp1,2 miliar.
Kepala Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Nias Selatan Pulau Tello, Bobby Virgo Septa Saputra Siregar mengatakan jaksa penyidik telah melakukan penyidikan terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam pengelolaan APBDes Desa Tanomokinu tahun 2020 hingga 2021. FS selaku kades dan RM sebagai bendahara desa pun ditetapkan tersangka.
“Sesuai hasil penyidikan dan bukti permulaan yang cukup serta hasil gelar perkara (ekspose) pada Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Nias Selatan di Pulau Tello pada hari Kamis (27/7/2023), penyidik menetapkan FS dan RM sebagai tersangka” ucap Bobby, Kamis (27/7/2023).
Keduanya setelah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh oleh penyidik Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Nias Selatan di Pulau Tello. Mereka ditahan di Lapas Kelas III Teluk Dalam.
“Kami melakukan penahanan terhadap FS (Kades) dan RM (Bendahara) Desa Tanomokino untuk 20 hari ke depan. Keduanya ditahan di Lapas Kelas III Teluk Dalam,” ujarnya.
Diduga keduanya telah melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum atau penyalahgunaan kewenangan. Akibatnya negara mengalami kerugian hingga Rp1,2 miliar.
“Atas perbuatan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut, kedua tersangka terancam pidana penjara paling lama 20 tahun serta denda paling banyak Rp1 miliar,” tuturnya.
