Fokus News, TAPUT – Kepala Rutan Kelas IIB Tarutung, Ismet Sitorus didampingi oleh Ketua Dharma Wanita Persatuan Rutan Kelas IIB Tarutung, Kepala Subseksi Pelayanan Tahanan, Jonias Pakpahan beserta jajaran serta Petugas Kesehatan melaksanakan kegiatan Bakti Sosial Pengentasan Stunting yang bertempat di daerah Dusun Bonan Dolok, Desa Hutatinggi Aek Raja Parmonangan dan Simanampang Desa Siatas Barita Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara kepada 10 orang anak yang mendekati stunting, Jumat, (28/07)

Ismet Sitorus menyampaikan kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu rangkaian Peringatan Hari Dharma Karya Dhika Ke-78 (HDKD) Tahun 2023 dengan tema “Kemenkumham Semakin Berkualitas Untuk Indonesia Maju”.

“Kegiatan ini bentuk perhatian Rutan Tarutung terhadap anak-anak yang mengalami stunting di daerah sekitaran Rutan”, ucap Ismet.

 

Sebelumnya pihak Rutan Tarutung telah melakukan koordinasi dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara untuk melakukan pendataan masyarakat sekitar yang mengalami stunting sehingga pemberian bantuan tersebut langsung sesuai sasarannya.

 

Dalam Bakti Sosial Pengentasan Stunting ini, Kepala Rutan Kelas IIB Tarutung, Ismet Sitorus didampingi ketua Dharma Wanita Persatuan beserta jajaran memberikan berbagai macam bahan makanan penambah asupan gizi bagi anak-anak stunting berupa beras, telur, roti dan susu. Tidak hanya itu, Ismet juga memberikan sejumlah uang tunai kepada anak-anak yang mengalami stunting.

 

Salah satu penerima bantuan sosial menyampaikan rasa terima kasihnya, “Kami sangat bersyukur atas bantuan ini. Semoga Tuhan membalas kebaikan yang telah diberikan kepada kami. Bantuan ini akan sangat membantu anak-anak kami dalam mendapatkan gizi yang cukup untuk tumbuh dan berkembang dengan sehat,” ungkapnya.

 

Ismet Sitorus berharap bisa memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar yang mengalami stunting sehingga kebutuhan akan gizi bisa terpenuhi.

“Semoga melalui kegiatan bakti sosial ini bisa memberikan manfaat bagi warga sekitar terutama dalam pencegahan stunting, sehingga keberadaan Rutan Tarutung semakin dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar”, ujar Ismet.
